1. Service Agreement
By requesting services or submitting an inquiry to Garage Door Guy Inc., you agree to these Terms of Service. All repair, installation, and maintenance work is performed by licensed, bonded, and insured contractors serving Eastern NC.
2. Estimates & Work Authorization
Free estimates are provided upon inspection or consultation. Before any work begins, our technicians present clear scope and pricing for your approval. Additional structural modifications required for safety compliance will be discussed prior to execution.
3. Warranties & Guarantee
We stand behind our work. Installed equipment, high-cycle springs, smart openers, and replacement panels carry manufacturer and labor warranties as specified on your official service invoice upon completion.
